Yesterday was a great day. A little on the cool side here in NC, but other than that, no complaints. The sun was still bright, not a cloud in the sky. After sleeping in, we went to church and heard a great sermon about being Fearfully and Wonderfully Made, based on Psalm 139:13-16. Pastor Steven talked about how to be secure in who we are on the inside, because that is the focus of God's creation.....not whether you need to drop 10 pounds, or color your hair. It was great for the young girls, because he specifically stated - you don't need a cute boyfriend to feel secure, and then for all of the mom's that clapped in the room, he said, and you don't need more square footage to feel secure, ouch!
After that, a little time working out, watching some tv and then on to the New Zealand Cafe for mama's favorite - SUSHI! Even the kids enjoyed it, and said they wanted to go back to that place! :) Many thanks to my loves for making it a nice day for me!
