Answered Prayer!

Yet again, God's perfect timing has struck us....you would think by now I would get it. That I wouldn't worry so much about how things will fall into place, because inevitably, God always has it together. Sure, I secretly (or not so secretly) wish sometimes that I would get a sign from above that the change I am praying for is on the horizon. But alas, I am clueless to this, even though I try to be at peace and give it to Him, I know that it is a weakness I must overcome!

Yesterday was a wonderful day. Jim's house finally got an offer....after 16 looooooooooong months on the market. I have been praying that when we did receive an offer, that the people would have financing, be in good standing and would want to close quickly! Well, my prayers were answered. Of course, a better dollar figure would have been pleasing, but in this market....beggers can't be choosers! They have all of the above and want to close in 30 days! Woo hoo!!

I am thrilled to be checking this off of our "TO DO LIST" and moving onto bigger and better things......debt freedom and future plans sure are looking a whole lot more realistic. Maybe next time something is worrying the pants off of me, I will look back and remember what God did for us here.......and quit all that worrying!
