Sports are in full swing here in our house - we are busy at practices and games. Wanted to share some shots from our two favorite players. Madison # 9, has been playing Center Back on her team Stoke City. They are currently 1-1-1 going into their first big tournament. We leave for Charleston today for a 2 day tourney against some teams from SC! Two games Saturday, One on Sunday....unless we win them all, then we will be in the championships on Sunday afternoon! Funny thing about her team, there are 3 Madisons....which caused some confusion at first. They all got a nickname - Madison R. goes by Madison, Madison N. goes by Maddie and our Madison goes by Boo! It is too cute to hear her teammates and coach yelling for Boo, pass, etc :)
Jordan # 55 had his first game yesterday, with a competitive match against Quail Hollow Middle. They lost 20-16, but it was a nail biter at the end.....like interception in the endzone with 15 seconds to go :( He plays Outside Linebacker, Fullback and is on the kickoff return team. Since the first game jitters are behind us, we are looking for great things to come! Oh, and the heel pain that gave him a scare last week seems to have subsided, Woo Hoo!
